Bed Sheet change fees: One-bed sheet change is included in your price. Any additional bedding changes will be $10 each.

What we don’t do

  • Pick up all the scatter
  • Load the dishwasher or wash dishes
  • Laundry
  • Clean up behind pets
  • Anything on outdoor porches

Payment policy:

Payment is required at time of service. Unless there is an agreement in place. We accept square with a 3.5% fee. If payment is not left the day of service there is a $35 fee.

Cancellation policy:

Also please let me know ASAP of any cancellation.

We require a minimum of 48 hours cancellation notice (holidays and weekends included). If you need to cancel or would like to reschedule your appointment please phone or email me directly.

Cancellation fees will be billed as follows:

A charge of $45 will be charged if the 48-hour cancellation policy is not honored. Excessive cancellations with less than 48 hours notice are subject to cessation of services. We understand that emergencies arise. You will not be charged due to emergencies.

Full cleaning fee will be billed on the day of cleaning if we are unable to gain access to the establishment or home if the key has not been left or agreed upon location, if the post-renovation contractor or other contracting crew have not completed work according to schedule and our cleaning crew is on site.

Cancellation of agreement or service;

If you would like to cease receiving service temporarily, long-term or permanently we request 2 weeks notice.
