Here are some of the most frequently asked questions.
What kind of insurance does JJ cleaning have?
JJ cleaning has limited liability and works compensation insurance. That way our clients and staff are protected.
What day and hours is JJ Cleaning open?
JJ Cleaning is open Monday through Friday 8 AM to 5 PM. Our arrival time to the first appointment is normally between 8:35 and 9:00 am. We try our best to accommodate your preference and cleaning days.
Does JJ Clean clean on weekends?
Not typically. On special occasions, we may be available. The rate would include an overtime fee per hour. If you are in need of a weekend cleaning please let our office know as soon as possible.

What supplies/equipment does the client need to provide?
JJ Cleaning LLC provides most supplies and equipment.
If the client requests something special we require the client to provide it.
What forms of payment does JJ Cleaning take?
Payment is due at the time of service. If you plan to leave a check make it out to JJ Cleaning. You can leave a check on the counter in your kitchen. Any checks that don’t clear payment there will be an additional fee of $40.
JJ Cleaning accepts all major credit cards. You have the option of paying online with a credit card on the day of service. A 4% fee applies to online payment. Or we can invoice you on the first of each month and you can pay for that month of cleanings.
Can I leave a tip?
Yes! Tips are welcome by all the cleaners. Although they are completely voluntary. If you plan on leaving a tip, please make sure you write “tip”.
How can I make a special request?
Simply call or email us at jjcleaning43@gmail.com. Requests should be made day in advance. So we can ensure enough time for your request.
